Pick-up of your order is from the Bloor and Islington area in Etobicoke, Ontario. The address will be provided when order is complete and payment is received.

We can not guarantee your gluten-friendly products are gluten-free due to cross contamination. Please see our Food Allergen Disclaimer for more information.

For maximum freshness we suggest: Up to 5 days in an airtight container on the counter. OR Up to 3 months in an airtight container in the freezer.
